I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The panoramic views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, especially during drinks on the rooftop. The staff were well-trained and provided excellent service, making my visit upstairs a special experience.
Nothing, all was good.

The hotel is located in a small, unremarkable village, far away from any major attractions or entertainment options. it does offer a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. the hotel is also conveniently located near a local restaurant, providing guests with the opportunity to try traditional Austrian cuisine. the hotel caters to an adult-oriented crowd, making it a suitable choice for friends looking for a more mature and sophisticated experience. the rooms are spacious and feature balconies, offering beautiful views of the surrounding Achensee area.
The hotel lacks the option for bed and breakfast or half-board packages, making it quite expensive who may not want to dine at the hotel for every meal.

Great food & location, friendly staff We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. the variety of food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We loved the location, which was central and close to many attractions. the cleanliness of the rooms, restaurant, and pool area was outstanding. We were pleased with the amenities provided, especially the spa services, which were top-notch. we had a good time during our vacation.
Expensive & crowded with kids Despite the good experience, we felt that the hotel was a bit overpriced. we were disappointed to find out that there were lots of noisy children in the pool area and the dining hall, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our meal.

The location of this place is absolutely breathtaking. Nestled on the mountain, with stunning views of the lake, it truly feels like a hidden paradise. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and bicycle hire available. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The spa and wellness facilities here are amazing, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, saunas, and a jacuzzi. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The quality of service and the luxurious facilities make it worth every penny.

We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and had a great time. The food was excellent and there was a variety of activities to choose from. We enjoyed hiking on the nearby trails and the views were breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the town center and gave us easy access to other attractions in the area. we appreciated that the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The spa area was crowded during peak hours and we had trouble finding available seats. , the thermal pool was not hot enough for our liking.
